Overhead cranes are utilised for lifting materials and products during the process of manufacturing. There are three different types of overhead cranes, to suit different building types and work load requirements, including the single girder top running crane, the single girder underslung crane and the double girder top running crane.Gantry Cranes
Mostly used for outdoor processing, gantry cranes consist of a two legged A-frame support. Gantry cranes also come with cantilevers. Cantilevers are a projecting structure, supported at one end and used for carrying a load at the other end or along the length. There are two types of gantry cranes, including single girder cranes and double girder cranes.Jib Cranes
Excellent for low-cost lifting, Jib Cranes handle goods effectively within a plant. Donati jib cranes are manually or electrically rotated, available in column or wall mounted versions. There are several types of jib cranes including; top braced wall mounted, top braced free standing, under braced wall mounted and under braced free standing. These jib cranes are utilised as stand-alone structures or in conjunction with other jibs and monorails.Workstation Cranes
Workstation cranes are ideal for work cells, where there is a sole operator. The workstation cranes can be extended and relocated quite easily and allow for manual handling. These electric cranes are ideal for assisting materials in travelling short distances. There are two types of workstation cranes, including ceiling mounted and free standing, with a choice of manual or electric chain hoists.Electric Chain Hoist
The Donati electric chain hoists and trolleys, based on the modular concept, allow for standard and special applications. The modular concept is a complete package solution using collective element assembly, which better satisfies client requirements. A compact motor and gearbox combination is utilised, to achieve maximum hook lift. There are four types of electric chain hoists, including a fixed hoist, hoist with a push trolley, hoist with a motorised trolley and a low headroom hoist.Electric Wire Rope Hoists

Modular Cranes offer Flex radio control solutions as part of a package or separately for upgrading an existing system. The radio control systems are ideal for clients that wish to upgrade their cranes from the fixed pendant control, to smart radio control systems.
