With more than 50 years of industry experience, Tony Ciantar is the driving force behind Modular Cranes. He founded the business in 1998 with a clear vision:

Tony’s journey began in 1979, when he arrived in Australia and took on his first role as a boilermaker with Malcolm Moore Industries, manufacturing overhead cranes for major industrial clients such as Boyne Smelter and Loy Yang A Power Station.
More than two decades later, Tony’s original vision continues to guide everything we do. Under his leadership, Modular Cranes has grown into one of Australia’s most trusted names in “Reliable Lifting Solutions”, designing and manufacturing overhead cranes as well as a wide range of custom and off the shelf lifting systems from our Derrimut, Victoria facility, and delivering across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific.
